Guarantee

For orders of our watch boxes and hour chimes, you benefit from a 2-year warranty against defects and hidden faults. For all other orders, there is no warranty. All our components are manufactured to the highest quality standards. As proof of our seriousness, we are committed to repairing your timepiece in the event of a hidden defect. In the event of repair, we will have your timepiece examined to determine the source of the defect. In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the repair and return of your timepiece under our insurance against hidden defects. This guarantee does not apply to any timepiece that has been the subject of an operation carried out in a workshop other than that of Maison Alcée.

Repair or Refurbishment of your timepiece

Maison Alcée will give you all the techniques to help you repair your timepiece yourself.

However, if your timepiece requires repair or reconditioning that is not due to a hidden defect (a shock, a scratch, etc.), and you do not wish to do it yourself, it will be invoiced according to an estimate established by our workshops. To have your timepiece repaired, even several years after your purchase, simply contact us and we will tell you how to send us the timepiece. As soon as we receive it, we will have it examined and draw up an estimate to establish the cost of the repairs. If you approve this estimate, our workshops will repair your timepiece and it will be returned to you as soon as possible.
